At present, the Ω6 direct drive servo system provides two self-tuning modes. One-key self-tuning can automatically identify the load inertia ratio of the motor, friction model parameters and low-frequency vibration frequency, and automatically configure the parameters of the current loop/speed loop/position loop controller. The on-line gain adjustment will automatically adjust the load inertia ratio, adaptive notch and rigidity value according to the working condition.
Gantry is becoming more and more widely used in some large machines. To this end, the Ω6 direct drive servo system has been designed differently from two dimensions. On the one hand, RTHyperGS real-time synchronization bus has been developed independently to realize real-time data exchange and control timing synchronization (synchronization jitter <0.1μs) between the two servo drivers in the master and slave axes through a single crossover cable. On the other hand, gantry coupling control strategy has been developed. By setting the coupling coefficient to achieve synchronous rigid adjustment, suitable for mechanical equipment with different assembly precision.
At present, Ω6 direct drive servo system is playing an enabling effect on a variety of industry equipment, such as crystallizing, dispensing, laser cutting, panel detection, LED beam splitting, forming a variety of typical application scenarios, and its product specifications are becoming more and more perfect. The released products include Pulse type and EtherCAT bus 200V, 3.2A to 20.8A, a total of more than 20 specifications. The 400V product will be available to customers in 2023.
