According to statistics, the amount of PCB used in new energy vehicles will be 5-8 times that of traditional vehicles, and the automotive PCB (hereinafter referred to as: automotive board) market will grow rapidly with the increase in the penetration rate of new energy vehicles.
The length of the auto board products is different, the longest product is about 1.2M, if the single station is tin or welded, not only the load is heavy, but the single-line processing is even more inefficient. To meet the needs of rapid production, multi-station collaborative processing is required.
At present, most of the EtherCAT bus control products on the market already have a bus-to-pulse solution, with a certain amount of encoder feedback and high-speed IO, but they can meet the requirements of automotive board tinning or soldering multi-station, and there are very few operation requirements. In terms of economic benefits, whether it is using foreign high-end brands or using multiple bus-to-pulse junction boxes, in order to meet the high-speed IO, the number of encoder feedback leads to waste of other resources, which invisibly increases the cost.
