With AVS vision, the SCARA robot can quickly connect multiple processes such as lamination, tab pre-welding, detection, welding, glue, coating, hot melting, and shelling, and complete flexible operations based on the above and unloading.
1. Spot welding
The process by which the tabs and the substrate are hot-melted together by a welding head.
2. Lamination
The positive and negative electrodes and diaphragms are assembled together, and after the glue is completed, the pole core is formed.
3. Soft package cell sorting
The cells are sorted by electrically detecting the arranged battery packs.
4. SCARA loading and unloading
AR5215 is loaded and unloaded on the lithium battery laminator.
