The main structure of the equipment is introduced
In LED Die Bonder, the main requirement is the swing arm axis. The swing arm can rotate in the horizontal direction (θ axis of the swing arm is 750W) and move in the vertical direction (Z axis of the swing arm is 200W) by servo drive. It is mainly used for taking crystals and solid crystals. After adsorption by the suction nozzle, the Z axis of the swing arm returns to the origin, and the θ axis of the swing arm begins to swing. After the detection position (leakage crystal detection), the θ axis of the swing arm and the Z axis of the swing arm cooperate to complete the bonding of the chip.
Introduction to servo Drives
Ω6s-APR drive is a high performance pulse servo drive developed by the German company (Singellina) according to the usage habits of domestic customers. Its current loop refresh frequency reaches 1MHz and instantaneous overload capacity reaches 3.5 times, which is the cornerstone of high-speed response of the device. The maximum support of 16MHz pulse input instruction, three 16-bit analog input to improve the overall response accuracy.

The θ axis of the swing arm generally adopts the direct connection structure, and the Z axis of the swing arm generally adopts the CAM structure. The response requirements of the two axes are very high, and the position overshoot is not allowed.

The deviation size of one instruction unit in the θ axis of the swing arm is 41.9INC(23-bit encoder), the positioning time obtained by self-tuning is 22ms, and the overshooting is not more than 1 instruction unit.
After setting, the Z-axis of swing arm arrives at 5ms
The deviation size of one instruction unit in the Z axis of the swing arm is 758INC(23-bit encoder), the positioning time obtained by self-tuning is 5ms, and the overshooting is not more than 1 instruction unit.
