MDP modular driver platform
1. EM-C series network servo system is a new bus servo product based on the Modular Drive Platform MDP (Modular Drive Platform). MDP fully combines the green design idea with the modular design method, which can meet the functional attributes and environmental attributes of the product at the same time. MDP adopts the idea of system engineering, strictly follows the principle of module division with high cohesion and low coupling, and can design, manufacture, debug and modify the module independently to ensure the independent operation of the module, which is convenient to meet the customized needs of different professional customers. MDP is based on hardware abstract design, software and hardware parameters and structural interface standardization, easy to realize the interchange between modules, so that modules meet the requirements of different series and specifications of products.
2, the excellent hierarchical structure makes the servo software equipped with MDP can run on different CPU hardware platforms, forming a single CPU control 1-8 axis servo products and bus technology integration; MDP is convenient for users to select the required hardware and software modules according to their actual needs, match the hardware with better economy, and quickly realize the customer's own personalized products.
3, MDP standard hardware and structural modules can reduce or eliminate adverse effects on the environment, facilitate reuse, upgrade, maintenance and disassembly, recycling and disposal of products after waste.
